Commission IV of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia appreciated the success of breeding Eclectus parrot species carried out by PT. Anak Burung Tropikana, Bali. Appreciation was also given due to conservation efforts that have contributed a lot of rare birds to West Bali National Park.
In fact, in 2017, PT. Anak Burung Tropikana won the award as the best bird breeder fostered by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry.
"This breeding is very good, because 10 percent of the breed is returned to nature. Besides that, captivity breeding can be used as business and contribute greatly to the country's foreign exchange through export," said Deputy Chairperson of the House of Representatives Commission IV Viva Yoga Mauladi while reviewing the Working Visit to PT. Anak Burung Tropikana.
