The following Terms and Conditions are for ALL clients. Please read them and be sure you understand them before ordering.

1. All birds are sent with appropriate CITES documentation and are closed ringed.
2. We always try to do our best to pick the correct sexes when requested by the client. DNA sexing is available but must be sent, by world courier and price varies depending on amount of samples sent. Sexing must be requested at time of order to allow us time to receive results before the shipping date.
3. Testing for diseases such as PPFD, Psittacosis, Avian Influenza, Polyoma is available at an additional charge. Request for this service must be made at time of order since these tests are performed outside Indonesia and need time to be sent and get results back before export. Birds are NOT guaranteed against these diseases when not tested. We always try our very best to assure that birds have no visual signs of any disease in progess.
4. Price of birds includes crating & transport to Denpasar International Airport. If not specificaly stated in the order, no other services are covered under this price. Freight forwarding, freight, quarantine and other expected costs are paid by the importer.
5. Live and healthy arrival is guaranteed only upon arrival. All claims must be made within 24 hours after receipt of the birds. All Claims must be substantiated by a government veterinary report, photos or other documentation asked for by us. We will not accept any claims made after this time period nor do we guarantee health of birds past arrival unless it can be demonstrated by a government veterinary report that the bird had a pre existing condition prior to shipment. We do not guarantee the health or livability of birds through quarantine periods.
6. Payment:
   • 20% Non-refundable deposit is required.
     Once received we will take blood for testing, arrange Health Certificate and start CITES documents processing. If for any reason the transaction does not proceed the 10% deposit is non refundable as we would have had to outlay this money.
   • 30% Refundable deposit as a guarantee of the interest and will to process the order.
   • 50% of the Balance due, to be received prior us dispatching the birds.
7. All species we offer are subject to availability.
